Strategic Communications Expands State Government Contract Portfolio
Strategic Communications has been awarded three new state government contracts, expanding our reach across the public sector and giving agencies in California, Massachusetts, and West Virginia faster access to the technology and services they need to modernize.
Here's a quick look at each contract and what it means for public sector organizations in these states.
Massachusetts ITS-88
The ITS-88 contract is a major statewide vehicle for Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), and related cloud services. It's available to state agencies, municipalities, school districts, public hospitals, and higher education institutions across the Commonwealth.
Our work under ITS-88 focuses on cloud migration and modernization, cybersecurity, data analytics, and responsible AI deployment.
West Virginia: Statewide IT Solutions
Our West Virginia contract provides a comprehensive catalog of technology hardware, software, and professional services to public sector entities statewide. State departments, county governments, municipalities, school districts, and higher education institutions can all procure through the contract at pre-negotiated rates.
California SLP: Experian Software
Contract SLP-23-70-0391C makes Strategic Communications an authorized provider of Experian Information Solutions software to California's public sector. The contract covers software licenses, maintenance and subscriptions with a guaranteed 0% uplift, technical support, and implementation services.
Our California team focuses on cybersecurity, data observability, cloud migration, and responsible AI deployment.
Why It Matters
These three contracts share a common thread: they make it easier for public sector organizations to access vetted, compliant technology without the delays of traditional procurement. Whether an agency needs to migrate to the cloud, strengthen its security posture, or modernize legacy systems, Strategic Communications has the engineering expertise and contract vehicles to move quickly.
