As President and CEO, Kathy is responsible for setting the company's strategic direction and overseeing all business operations. She brings over 30 years of experience in technical sales and business development to her role. Under her leadership, Strategic Communications has achieved exceptional growth, earning recognition on the Inc. 500/5000 list multiple years running. Kathy holds numerous industry certifications including Cisco Sales Expert and APC Sales Professional, and serves on multiple advisory boards focused on advancing opportunities for women and minorities in technology. 

As Chief Revenue Officer, Chris oversees all sales operations and revenue generation strategies. He brings over fifteen years of distinguished experience in sales leadership, consistently surpassing targets and fostering strong relationships with public sector entities. Chris specializes in IT and cloud solutions with a nuanced understanding of government and educational institutions' requirements. His strategic approach to sales is underpinned by a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Miami University and a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University.

As Senior Vice President of Enterprise Sales, Steve leads solution-oriented teams focused on exceeding aggressive revenue targets. He brings multifaceted experience in business development, cross-functional team management, and strategic planning to his role. Steve has a proven track record of building winning sales organizations while excelling at coaching and retaining high-quality talent. He possesses comprehensive knowledge of DoD, Intelligence, Civilian, SLED, and systems integrator markets, with solid technical foundation in enterprise solutions. Steve has successfully developed partnerships with major OEMs like Cisco and Microsoft, as well as system integrators including Lockheed Martin and Raytheon.

As Senior Vice President of Operations for Enterprise Solutions, Blake serves as a trusted mission partner to US government clients, including warfighters in the Department of Defense and Federal Civilian agencies. He brings 22 years of experience in IT outsourcing and reseller industries, delivering results through globally diverse teams. Blake leads talented solution directors, engineers, and operations professionals while prioritizing operational excellence and strategic vendor partnerships. His specialties include go-to-market solutions, PMO services transformation, and Cloud solution sales practice development. Blake's passionate approach to exceeding client expectations and continuous improvement ensures customers achieve their mission objectives with confidence.  

As Director of Operations, Brian oversees service delivery for all government and commercial contracts, including multi-site service implementations. He brings 15+ years of telecommunications and IT experience to his role, managing infrastructure development and operational policies. Brian serves as the Facility Security Officer and works closely with the CEO to enhance operational efficiency. His extensive certifications include BICSI Level II Installer, Siemon Installer/Designer, and multiple Cisco specializations.

As Director of Human Resources, Paige manages all HR functions including recruitment, compensation, benefits administration, and employee relations nationwide. She brings over 10 years of experience in managing HR for both national and international IT organizations. Paige works directly with the CEO to align staffing and human capital objectives with the company's strategic direction. She holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Leadership and maintains PHR and SHRM-CP certifications.

As Sales Operations Manager, Nick drives revenue and gross margin by optimizing sales processes and reporting systems that support departmental objectives. He brings 15 years of IT industry experience, managing daily sales metrics and supporting overall sales strategy execution. Nick works collaboratively across departments to achieve company goals while maintaining expertise in government contracts. His progressive advancement through multiple roles at Strategic Communications has provided him comprehensive knowledge of the company's operations and client needs.

As Senior Partner Alliance Manager, Amanda supports Strategic Communications' business through vendor and reseller relationship management. She brings nearly 7 years of experience from Ingram Micro, where she served as Federal Channel Manager, supporting strategic planning and program enhancements. Amanda previously worked in Cisco Public Sector Business Development, where she helped support $1 billion in Public Sector business through distribution-aligned resellers. Her expertise in Federal, State, Local, and Education markets enables her to strengthen partner alliances that drive the company's growth and client success.

As PMO Director, Steven leads strategic initiatives and drives operational excellence across audiovisual, broadcast, and IT-cloud industries. He brings a diverse background in project management with experience spanning commercial and federal environments. Steven previously served as Technology Program & Contracts Manager and Project Engineering Manager at Strategic Communications, where he specialized in managing large-scope technical projects of strategic importance. His experience includes developing technical proposals and working closely with sales teams to serve a variety of commercial and federal customers. Steven is a change champion focused on developing and improving processes to enable scalable growth throughout the organization.
