Congratulations to Sarah (Shawhan) Coleman on her promotion to Accounts Receivable Manager. Since joining the team nearly three years ago, Sarah has shown initiative and leadership. We look forward to the impact she’ll make in this position. In this role, Sarah will oversee the A/R department to ensure timely customer invoicing and collections, working collaboratively with other departments for escalation, financial analysis, reporting and risk management. With this change, Christine Pfortmiller, Ron Hamby, Jalyn Hirst and Ronitra Elliott will all report to Sarah.

August 4th – National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day – This tradition celebrates the iconic treat first invented by Ruth Graves Wakefield at the Toll House in the 1930s. We encourage our Louisville based staff to share your favorite chocolate cookie recipes with the team. Join us at 3 pm to sample! 

August 14th – National Financial Awareness Day – This observance promotes better money management, personal budgeting and overall financial health. It’s a great time to review your savings goals and evaluate long term milestones like retirement planning and investments!
