Steven Barousse

As PMO Director, Steven leads strategic initiatives and drives operational excellence across audiovisual, broadcast, and IT-cloud industries. He brings a diverse background in project management with experience spanning commercial and federal environments. Steven previously served as Technology Program & Contracts Manager and Project Engineering Manager at Strategic Communications, where he specialized in managing large-scope technical projects of strategic importance. His experience includes developing technical proposals and working closely with sales teams to serve a variety of commercial and federal customers. Steven is a change champion focused on developing and improving processes to enable scalable growth throughout the organization.
