As Director of Human Resources, Paige manages all HR functions including recruitment, compensation, benefits administration, and employee relations nationwide. She brings over 10 years of experience in managing HR for both national and international IT organizations. Paige works directly with the CEO to align staffing and human capital objectives with the company's strategic direction. She holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Leadership and maintains PHR and SHRM-CP certifications.
