Fred Devoid – “Fred is a Strategic legend! He’s been a trusted advisor, friend, and mentor to me throughout my tenure at Strategic and his dedication to this company and its employees is inspiring. Fred returned to Strategic in a consultative role last year and was invaluable in Strategic’s ability to successfully complete requirements in order to attain CMMI Level 2 accreditation. At the start of our CMMI journey last May, the PMO was still in its infancy stage where new hires were being onboarded, and project management processes and approach were being re-imagined. Fred’s amazing ability to digest requirements and translate them into action plans was instrumental in our ability to satisfy the criteria for achieving CMMI certification.
