Strategic Communications Named Among Nation’s 50 Fastest-Growing Women-Led Companies

We’re thrilled to announce that our CEO, Kathy Mills, has secured the 36th spot on the Women Presidents Organization’s (WPO) 2025 list of 50 Fastest Growing Women-Owned/Led Companies. This marks our second consecutive year receiving this prestigious recognition, highlighting our sustained growth and commitment to excellence.

A Celebration of Women’s Leadership

The annual WPO 50 Fastest list, sponsored by J.P. Morgan Commercial Banking, celebrates businesses led by trailblazing women who have demonstrated remarkable year-over-year growth. This year’s honorees collectively generated over $7 billion in gross revenue and employed more than 15,000 people in 2024 alone.

“Being named to the WPO 50 Fastest Growing Women-Owned/Led Companies list for the second consecutive year is both humbling and energizing,” said Kathy Mills, our CEO. “This recognition reflects the dedication of our incredible team and the trust our clients place in us every day. Over the past few years, we’ve focused on sustainable growth while staying true to our core values of innovation, excellence, and meaningful client partnerships. As women business leaders, we stand on the shoulders of those who came before us, and I’m grateful to the Women Presidents Organization and J.P. Morgan for highlighting the economic impact of women-owned businesses. We’re proud to be part of this remarkable community of women entrepreneurs who are reshaping industries and creating positive change.”

About the WPO 50 Fastest List

To be considered for this list, businesses must operate under woman ownership or leadership and have a minimum of at least $500,000 in annual revenue for each of the preceding five years. The selection process uses a proprietary sales growth formula that factors in both percentage and absolute growth.

The WPO celebrated this year’s honorees during a ceremony at their Entrepreneurial Excellence Forum on May 8, 2025, in San Antonio, Texas. The event featured discussions where honorees shared insights and strategies for achieving sustainable growth.
