Established for purchasing multi‐media equipment: video conferencing, document cameras,cables, projectors, screens, LCD panels, direct view displays, amplifiers, speakers, sound processing equipment, broadcast systems, lighting systems, interactive white boards, overlays, sympodiums, lecterns, etc.

When calling the vendors, you must give them the contract #63‐TTA10081, and ask for pricing accordingly. Obtain a written quote from the vendor. The quote # must be referenced on the quote.

Per NCSU Purchasing guidelines, if the total purchase is $5000 or greater, send Purchasing a requisition and attach the written quote for processing. If the total is under $5000, you can process at the department level. Keep the quote for documentation.

Pricing: Discounts vary per vendor and manufacturer brands offered. The same manufacturer brands may be offered by several vendors. We recommend you procure a minimum of 3 quotes to compare, for best pricing.

Contract term: One year firm pricing. Under the same terms and conditions the University reserves the option to renew this contract for 4 additional one year periods, not to exceed 5 years.

Shipping: FOBD, included in item pricing.

Warranty: See spreadsheet for each vendor/dealer and manufacturer.

Restocking charges: No more than 10% may be charged.

Minimum orders: There are no minimum order requirements.

Loaners: If equipment is removed from campus for repair, the vendor will provide an equivalent loaner at no cost, within 24 hours of removal.

Installation/Integration: Is not part of this contract, but the vendors can quote this for you. In an effort to standardize, reduce duplication and manage the audio visual technologies in an efficient manor, it is requested, but not mandated, that you contact Ron Bradley at 919-513-4093 or ron_bradley@ncsu.edu for assistance prior to purchase.
