Caleb Collins | Customer Success Manager
• How long have you worked for Strategic Communications?
I’ve started working at Strategic Communications in August 2023.
• What was your background prior to working for Strategic Communications?
Prior to working for Strategic Communications, I was an assistant department lead for Kroger.
• What aspect of your job do you find most rewarding or fulfilling?
I always appreciate seeing the costumer happy/satisfied with the new system they have.
• What is the best career lesson you’ve learned so far?
Organization is key.
• Outside of work, what are you passionate about/enjoy doing?
Outside of work I enjoy riding dirt bikes and working on motorcycles.
• What is your current favorite TV Show, Podcast, or Book that you’d like to share with the world?
My favorite movie will always and forever be “The Bee Movie”
• What is something that people may not know about you?
A little fun fact about me is as of this upcoming January I will be a father (an actual baby not a puppy)

• How long have you worked for Strategic Communications?
I started in February 2024
• What is your favorite project that you’ve worked on at Strategic?
I recently installed some pretty cool equipment at GE Aviation in Livonia, Michigan. We enabled the customer to conduct meetings in a large collaboration space. We provided several different areas individuals can sit in and still be part of the ongoing presentation being conducted in a different area of the space.
• What does your dream vacation look like?
No specific country in mind, but something on a tropical island
• Who is your favorite musical artist, and what was the first concert you attended?
I have been listening to a lot of Forrest Frank lately. He is a Christian Hip Hop/Pop artist making some good upbeat Christian songs. My kids love it too.
• How would your family, friends, or coworkers describe you in three words?
Dedicated, Hard Working, Accountable
• What is your current favorite TV Show, Podcast, or Book that you’d like to share with the world?
There is a really cool show on the Smithsonian Channel called “Aerial America”. It is a documentary based show with cool visuals covering different states and regions with historical facts.
Matthew Igleheart | Cloud Solutions Architect
• How long have you worked for Strategic Communications?
I started working for Strategic at the start of this year, January 2025.
• What was your background prior to working for Strategic Communications?
Academically, I went to the University of Southern Indiana for a Degree in Ancient History, and an almost Masters of International Relations from Bond University in Queensland Australia. Professionally, I’ve been in and around selling Internet based tools and services since 2000.
• What aspect of your job do you find most rewarding or fulfilling?
Using technology to solve real world problems.
• What is the best career lesson you’ve learned so far?
Being transparent with your customer always goes the furthest to become their trusted advisor
• Outside of work, what are you passionate about/enjoy doing?
Reading Sci-Fi, playing video games, and hanging out with my daughter and dog.
• What is your current favorite TV Show, Podcast, or Book that you’d like to share with the world?
My favorite podcast is called Whyfiles.
• What is something that people may not know about you?
I can bike really far distances, and I was born in England.
